What You Can Expect

As the Asset Management Advisor, based in Houston, TX,  you will be responsible for a suite of management tasks for a growing portfolio of operating Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) assets in California. 

 

Every day you will be responsible for the daily delivery and operability ensuring the trading team has access to real-time information regarding available assets for trading. This involves close coordination with field operations technicians, to provide what is available for operability to the trading team to trade on with the real time facilities. You will also be the main point of contact for support, spare parts, signing up 3rd party Original Equipment Manufacturer “OEM’s” and assist with compliance tracking and deliverables with internal stakeholders.

 

  • Lead daily asset availability scheduling with internal ENGIE trading organization
  • Lead maintenance scheduling coordination with local Field Service team members
  • Lead preparation of annual operating expense budget for regional portfolio and lead periodic (weekly, monthly) reporting discussions on availability, OpEx, and major events
  • Assist in sourcing and inventory tracking of various spare parts, consumables, tooling etc. for field service organization
  • Asist with compliance tracking and deliverables with multiple internal groups

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Management, Marketing, Energy Asset Management, or equivalent degree program
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in asset management or similar field
  • Experience in Power, Energy, Renewables or BESS with familiarity of trading dynamics and industry-specific terminology will be advantageous in your role as an Asset Management Analyst
  • Experience with internal reporting with Power BI being able to interact and generate reports and creating a slide deck presentation to identify major highlights of the projects
  • Experience with contracts and the requirements for the project and compliance

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; with limited site visits to the field
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $172,500 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
