What You Can Expect

As the Head of Business Partnership for Corporate Functions, NorthAM IT, in Houston, Texas you will act as a liaison between IT and corporate business functions in North America. This position requires a strategic approach to align IT solutions with the functional goals and objectives of the business. Every day, you will report to the CIO- ENGIE North America to serve as a crucial partner with the business stakeholders, the role centers on harnessing ERP and other IT solutions to enhance the efficacy of business processes, enable accurate period end reporting, and uphold compliance with regulations. This is a strategic leadership position that requires a visionary thinking with excellent communication, collaboration and program management skills, along with a track record of delivering successful enterprise technology solutions via large transformational programs.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Masters’ degree in the filed of computer science, finance or related field

  • A minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience in IT or Engineering
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Certifications in Agile and other related project disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in management high-risk, high visibility transformational global finance and IT programs and projects
  • Expert knowledge of various project and portfolio management platform(s)
  • Strong knowledge of project, portfolio, OCM, and Agile techniques
  • Experienced with financial acumen and support of technology organizations in financial services
  • Knowledge of Resource & Financial management practices in a mature IT organization (budget, actuals, variance analysis and mitigation)
  • Experience with merger and acquisitions and integration efforts for corporate platforms
  • Passion to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility
  • Extensive experience with enterprise applications, specifically SAP finance, procurement, invoicing applications
  • Renewable Energy industry knowledge and ability to speak French is highly valuable

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically and internationally on a short notice
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $184,200 – $275,310 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
