We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een (M/V/X) Projectmanager Netwerk & Productie-implementatie om ons team binnen GBS IT in Brussel te versterken.

Je komt terecht in een team binnen de familie van Netwerk- en Beveiligingsdiensten. De Netwerkverbinding (NET) servicelijn is gestructureerd rond drie servicegerichte teams (Service Pilots en Operations Managers), een Expertise Hub en een team voor Technische Projecten en Integratie.

 

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

 

  • Zorgen voor de integratie van nieuwe WAN/MAN-, LAN- en WiFi-oplossingen of de evolutie van bestaande oplossingen in de productieomgeving binnen het bereik van verbindingsnetwerken, en in overeenstemming met de afspraken met de klanten van deze NET-servicelijn.
  • Beheer van integratie- en productie-implementatieprojecten: zorgen voor de samenhang van oplossingen van ontwerp tot productie-implementatie, naleving van best practices en productie-implementatiecriteria garanderen, en zorgen voor de volledigheid van de documentatie.
  • Change management: deelnemen aan de operationele relatie met klanten, naleven van de processen voor wijzigingsbeheer en productie-implementatie, wijzigingen voorbereiden en beheren voor een succesvolle productie-implementatie, en de gegevensconsistentie in het asset management tool controleren.
  • Projectmanagement: naleving van de termijnen voor het verwerken van klantverzoeken en het opstellen van offertes.

 

JOUW PROFIEL

 

  • Master in computerwetenschappen of informatie technologie
  • Relevant ervaring in projectbeheer op het gebied van netwerken in een "Agile" werk omgeving
  • Uitstekend vermogen om in teamverband te werken en zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Analytische geest, en in staat zijn om samenvattingen te maken
  • Autonoom, dynamisch, resultaatgericht, nauwgezet en toegewijd
  • Taalvaardigheden: Frans, Nederlands en Engels
  • Kwalificaties in Agile, Prince2 of andere projectmanagment methodologie

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) (F/H/X) Chef de projet Réseaux & Mise en production pour rejoindre notre équipe GBS IT à Bruxelles.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein de la famille de services Réseaux et Sécurité, la ligne de services Réseaux de connexion (NET) est structurée autour de trois équipes orientées service (Pilotes de Services et gestionnaires d’exploitation), d’un pôle Expertise et d’une équipe Projets techniques et intégration.

VOS RESPONSABILITES

 

  • Garant de l’intégration dans l’environnement de production des nouvelles solutions WAN/MAN, LAN et WiFi ou de l’évolution des solutions existantes sur le périmètre des réseaux de connexion, conformément aux engagements pris avec les clients de cette ligne de services NET.
  • Pilotage des projets d’intégration et de mise en production : assurer la cohérence des solutions de la conception à la mise en production, garantir le respect des bonnes pratiques et des critères de mise en production, et veiller à la complétude de la documentation.
  • Gestion des changements : participer à la relation opérationnelle avec les clients, respecter les processus de gestion des changements et de mise en production, préparer et gèrer les changements pour une mise en production réussie, et vérifier la cohérence des données dans l’outil de gestion des assets.
  • Project management: respect des délais de traitement des demandes clients et de production des devis.

VOTRE PROFIL

 

  • Master en Computer Science ou Information Technologie
  • Solide expérience dans la gestion de projets en réseaux dans un environnement “Agile”
  • Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe et très bonnes compétences en communication (oral et écrit)
  • Esprit analytique, explorant les options et capable de synthétiser des conclusions
  • Autonome, dynamique, orienté résultats, rigoureux et engagé
  • Compétences linguistiques : français, néerlandais et anglais
  • Qualifications en Agile, Prince2 ou toute autre méthodologie en gestion de projet

Engie is seeking a dynamic and skilled leader to manage its global Invoice to Pay (I2P) processes.

As the Invoice-to-Pay Process & Solution Expert, you will report to the P2P GPO and oversee an international team of experts, ensuring the processes are compliant with internal and external regulations, efficient, harmonized, and digitalized. Your ability to manage internal stakeholders, prioritize needs, and translate complex issues into actionable insights will be key to your success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team:
    Inspire, mentor, and support the development of the Invoice to Pay process team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
  • Drive Process Excellence:
    Own and continuously improve Invoice to Pay processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
  • Optimize Systems & Technology:
    Oversee the implementation and enhancement of Invoice to Pay systems and automation tools, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
  • Project Management:
    Lead and manage Invoice to Pay-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and scope, and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Strategic Communication:
    Prepare and present tailored updates to senior management and stakeholders, influencing key decisions, and aligning everyone with your vision.
  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for Invoice to Pay-related inquiries, audits, and escalations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements.

 

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Invoice to Pay processes and systems in a GBS or SSC environment, including IMS tools and SAP (S4Hana) FI & MM modules.
  • Strong experience with MS Office, and exposure to procurement and automation.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving complex, global transformation projects.

Your mission
 

 

As Geotechnical Lead Engineer in our Infrastructures department, you will contribute to our mission every day by playing a crucial role in delivering top-notch geotechnical expertise for various infrastructure projects in Belgium and internationally.

You will be responsible for managing project studies and implementation, ensuring technical excellence, and contributing to the professional growth of junior engineers.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Coaching, motivating, and collaborating with small, multidisciplinary project teams of engineers (geotechnics, civil engineering, etc.) to deliver outstanding results.
  • Determining project needs and selecting procedures for:
    • Soil investigations (geotechnical, geophysical, hydrogeological, geological).
    • Foundation techniques (pile foundations, soil improvement, steel foundations).
    • Stability issues (retaining walls, slope stability).
  • Performing calculations and drawing up technical specifications for geotechnical solutions.
  • Interpreting soil investigation results and conducting terrain modeling as well as soil-structure interaction analyses.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while adhering to H&S regulations and our internal quality system.
  • Actively participating in the training and development of young engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.   

 
We would love to hear from people with  

 

  • A degree in civil or industrial engineering (civil, mining/geotechnical).
  • At least 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and a strong background in calculations.
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software (Plaxis, Flac, D-Sheet, Foxta) or the willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated expertise in soil research, foundation techniques, and geotechnical stability solutions.

Description of the Role:

The Battery Energy Storage Technical Expert will serve as the referent within the company on all technical aspects related to battery energy storage systems (BESS). The technical expert will support project teams in technology selection, design, engineering, execution, and optimization of BESS projects in various geographies, ensuring successful BESS industrialization and standardization at ENGIE.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise and Support:

Provide deep technical knowledge on BESS design, engineering, execution, operations & maintenance.

Support project teams with battery technology selection, sizing, and system integration.

Recommend improvements to enhance availability, performance, reliability, and lifespan of storage solutions.

Process Development & Standardization:

Ensure compliance with all applicable ENGIE policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for BESS.

Establish processes, protocols, and guidelines for BESS projects to ensure consistency and high-quality execution.

Continuously improve and refine processes based on lessons learned from past projects.

Industrialization & Scale:

Lead efforts to industrialize BESS solutions, driving scalability, cost-efficiency, and standardization.

Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders to leverage technical best practices and innovations, together with ENGIE’s teams (BESS Procurement & Digital, Laborelec Storage Lab).

Peer Reviews & Due Diligence:

Conduct and oversee technical peer reviews to validate project viability and ensure best practices are adhered to.

Lead technical due diligence efforts on new technologies, partnerships, or acquisitions in the BESS domain.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

Mentor and train project teams on BESS-related technical topics, ensuring the consistent upskilling of company personnel.

Facilitate the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across global teams.

Key Skills and Competences:

Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of battery technologies, power electronics, grid integration, and energy storage system design.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and guide teams to successful completion.

Process Development: Skill in designing and optimizing workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.

Additional Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields.

Experience: Solid experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in BESS design and deployment focused on Li-Ion technology. Experience in BESS safety, and project deployment (contracting, construction, commissioning) is a plus. Experience in Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) design is a plus.

 

Travel: Willingness to travel globally as needed (~20%) to support project teams and engage with stakeholders.

 

Language: English is a must, French, Dutch, or Spanish would be a plus.
