Program Overview: Join the GET program, a strategic enterprise transformation initiative aimed at delivering a future core model with a central "one ERP / One ARIBA" platform. This program covers key functional areas including accounting, controlling, procurement, maintenance, and sales, with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components.
Role Overview: The Core Model Business Modules & Integration Lead will reinforce the internal team supporting core model delivery and coordinating pilots/rollouts. Reporting directly to the Core Model Lead, this role is crucial for managing and optimizing maintenance and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot Core Model: Oversee inventory and maintenance processes, including risk management, work clearance, and log-out/tag-out.
- Transversal Management: Lead functional and technical topics, ensuring stakeholder engagement and delivery of transversal topics.
- Integration Activities: Manage integration with third-party tools, participate in tool selection, and ensure adherence to GET integration principles.
- Business Requirements: Assist in defining business requirements, ensuring coherence with the Core Model and GET program guidelines.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration with integrators and SAP teams, review integrator deliveries, and ensure quality of test delivery.
- Deputy Role: Act as the Core Model Lead Deputy, representing in governing bodies when necessary.
- Team Management: Manage a team of 4-6 internal and 5-10 external resources.
Position Requirements:
- SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of the SAP Ecosystem, SAP Programs methodology, and specific SAP modules (IM PM, FI, CO, MM).
- Technical Skills: Understanding of connectivity mechanisms and best practices with third-party tools (APIs, Webservices).
- Business Translation: Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions in S/4.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent skills in engaging and convincing different stakeholder profiles.
- Cultural Adaptability: Experience working in multi-country and multi-cultural environments.
- Experience: At least 10 years in SAP programs with good references from previous customers.
- Language: Fluent in English (oral/written).
- Mobility: National and international mobility may be required.
- Remote Work: Up to 10 days of remote work allowed per month.
