  • Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
  • Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Technically certified in the field of MEP
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and Electrical system.
  • Strong Understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
  • Experience delivering MEP services to customers
  • Strong background working with a reactive maintenance company
  • Strong client engagement and customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties
