EMS(European Maintenance Support) is a part of the ENGIE Group that carries out specialized maintenance work across Belgium and across Europe (mainly the Netherlands and France). Within the Powertrain (Generators) team, we are looking for a Field Technician Generators who wants to develop into a specialist in the field.

YOUR CHALLENGE as a Field Technician Generators

As a Field Technician Generators, you will actively participate in various maintenance projects, overhauls and interventions. An extra challenging aspect of the job is that no two days are the same.

• You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and performing mechanical maintenance work on industrial generators and auxiliary systems.
• At the start of a new construction site, you will be involved in the preparation and, together with the expert engineers from our team, determine the approach, planning and scope of the work to be performed.
• Depending on the project, you will either take on the role of site supervisor or the role of field technician (or both).
• In the role as site supervisor, you will coordinate and execute and be responsible for determining resources, ordering materials and following up on them correctly and on time.
• During execution , you will work with a team of technicians consisting of both colleagues and subcontractors.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the work required and constantly ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
• For unplanned sites or incidents, you will participate in interventions, analyze problems and work hands-on on the generators with the goal of resolving the problem.

YOUR PROFILE as a Field Technician Generators

• You are mechanically and/or electrically skilled (A2/bachelor/graduate electromechanics, electronics, electrical engineering), experience in generator maintenance is a plus.
• You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and in English
• You are flexible in terms of working hours and workplace. You see varying hourly schedules (day, shifts, weekends) as 'part of the job'. You are willing to perform work at our various sites in Belgium and abroad (mainly France and the Netherlands, max. 30%).

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Optimierung, Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen Finance-Prozesse gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und den IT-Dienstleistern (ENGIE Deutschland und externen Dienstleistern) einschließlich der nachhaltigen Umsetzung durch Termintracking, Maßnahmenverfolgung und Dokumentation
• Mitarbeit bei ERP-Projekten, Umsetzung von rechnungslegungsrelevanten Fragestellungen direkt in SAP S4/HANA inkl. der direkt verbundenen Systeme z.B. Archiv und Rechnungsworkflow, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von konzernweiten Standards
• Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen dem Bereich Finance, den Fachbereichen der Storengy und den IT-Dienstleistern
• Key- User SAP FI einschließlich des Anforderungsmanagements
• Durchführung und risikoorientierte Weiterentwicklung von Kontrollen im Finanzbereich zur Sicherstellung des Internen Kontrollsystems (u.a. entsprechend den Vorgaben der ENGIE-Gruppe; Entwicklung von Rollenkonzepten)
• Betreuung des internen Bonitätsprüfungsprozesses für unsere Kunden

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
• Mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen in Kombination mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in IT-Strukturen bzw. ERP-Systemen
• Erfahrung in der Koordination von Finance-Projekten mit Schnittstelle zur IT sowie ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im SAP-Umfeld (SAP S4/ Hana)
• Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit, Konzeptionsstärke in Verbindung mit hoher IT-Affinität und Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und die Fähigkeit zur adressatengerechten Kommunikation

VOTRE DÉFI comme Technicien(ne) en mécanique (H/F/X) :

• Vous exécutez des travaux d’entretien, de dépannage et de modification sur des équipements mécaniques
• Vous assurez la préparation technique et administrative des interventions à réaliser pour vous-même et/ou pour des sociétés tierces
• Vous rédigez des rapports décrivant les interventions réalisées
• Vous êtes susceptible, d’une part, d’entrer dans un rôle de garde (1 semaine sur 5) et d’autre part, d’être appelé à vous déplacer sur d’autres sites en Wallonie
• Vous portez une attention particulière à ce que la culture « sécurité » d’ENGIE soit adoptée par tous

VOTRE PROFIL comme Technicien(ne) en mécanique (H/F/X) :

• Vous êtes bachelier (A1) en Electro- / Mécanique ou titulaire d'un diplôme (A2)  en Electro- / Mécanique ou vous avez une expérience effective dans ce domaine
• Vous avez déjà une certaine expérience sur la maintenance d’installations mécaniques classiques
• Vous êtes autonome, bien organisé et vous avez l’esprit d’équipe

• Vous maîtrisez le Français (oral et écrit) et vous avez une compréhension de base de l’anglais « technique »

Ce vei face:

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

• Studii superioare finalizate;
• Autorizație ANRE IIIB;
• Experiență minimum 5 ani în domeniul electric JT/MT;
• Cunoștințe de contract PV tip PPA (power purchase agreement) și raportarea aferentă;
• Cunoștințe de SCADA și automatizări specifice parcurilor fotovoltaice;
• Permis cat. B și disponibilitate la deplasări;
• Bune abilități de comunicare;
• Abilități de coordonare echipe;
• Bune abilități de organizare și planificare a activităților.
