YOUR CHALLENGE as a Field Technician Generators

As a Field Technician Generators, you will actively participate in various maintenance projects, overhauls and interventions. An extra challenging aspect of the job is that no two days are the same.

• You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and performing mechanical maintenance work on industrial generators and auxiliary systems.
• At the start of a new construction site, you will be involved in the preparation and, together with the expert engineers from our team, determine the approach, planning and scope of the work to be performed.
• Depending on the project, you will either take on the role of site supervisor or the role of field technician (or both).
• In the role as site supervisor, you will coordinate and execute and be responsible for determining resources, ordering materials and following up on them correctly and on time.
• During execution , you will work with a team of technicians consisting of both colleagues and subcontractors.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the work required and constantly ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
• For unplanned sites or incidents, you will participate in interventions, analyze problems and work hands-on on the generators with the goal of resolving the problem.

YOUR PROFILE as a Field Technician Generators

• You are mechanically and/or electrically skilled (A2/bachelor/graduate electromechanics, electronics, electrical engineering), experience in generator maintenance is a plus.
• You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and in English
• You are flexible in terms of working hours and workplace. You see varying hourly schedules (day, shifts, weekends) as 'part of the job'. You are willing to perform work at our various sites in Belgium and abroad (mainly France and the Netherlands, max. 30%).

• Technical Leadership: Identify and analyse incidents or non-conformities during outages, conduct root-cause analyses, and define corrective and preventive actions.

• You hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience

• You have relevant experience in generator design/manufacturing/ maintenance/ commissioning
• You have good analytical and problem-solving skills and you know how to log your knowledge, plans and works in solid reports
• You like to work in a team and take into account the opinions of your stakeholders (EMS colleagues powerplant staff, service provider personnel, insurers…)

VOTRE DEFI comme Responsable de Production

• Vous êtes le responsable du poste de commande de la centrale et vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de cette dernière, en collaboration avec un Opérateur. A ce titre, vous êtes responsable de la disponibilité de l’installation et de sa production sur le réseau électrique.
• Vous analysez les anomalies techniques et vous décidez des actions immédiates à prendre. Vous travaillez avec le service de maintenance pour le diagnostic et l’intervention. Vous définissez les améliorations nécessaires pour réduire l’occurrence des pannes.
• Vous êtes chargé de la mise en sécurité des circuits avant toute intervention
• Vous poursuivez votre apprentissage et le partage d’information au sein de l’équipe
• Vous participez aux différentes activités du Service Conduite (tests périodiques, formations, réunions, projets, processus administratifs, demandes spécifiques…)
• Vous êtes en charge du suivi documentaire, des modifications de l’installation, du maintient en bon état de fonctionnement d’une partie de l’installation.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Votre profil :

Diplômé d’un BEP, Bac Professionnel, Bac+2 dans le domaine du Génie Electrique, vous avez une expérience similaire de 5 ans minimum avec des connaissances et compétences en électricité basse et haute tension, génie climatique.

Au sein des équipes d'exploitations, vos missions sont :    

• Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des chaufferies biomasse et gaz, des sous-stations ainsi que des réseaux
• Connaitre et respecter les procédures de sécurité d'Engie 
• Participer à l'organisation logistique quotidienne du site (notamment en ce qui concerne l'approvisionnement biomasse)
• Participer à l'organisation et à la réalisation des arrêts techniques annuels
• Suivre les indicateurs d'exploitation (Taux EnR, disponibilité, engagement des moyens de production...) et proposer des actions d'optimisation 
• Participer au suivi des exigences réglementaires du site et aux actions corrective
• Vous disposerez d'un véhicule de service 

Vos atouts :

Titulaire d’un BEP > BAC pro > BTS dans l’énergie thermique, régulation, électricité, électrotechnique, électromécanique, maintenance industrielle, vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience de 3 ans sur un poste similaire.

VOTRE DÉFI comme Technicien(ne) en mécanique (H/F/X) :

• Vous exécutez des travaux d’entretien, de dépannage et de modification sur des équipements mécaniques

Technicienne/ Technicien de maintenance CVC (F/H)

Vous rejoignez l'équipe d'Alexandre, votre manager, et intervenez sur des habitats collectifs, établissements scolaires et immeuble tertiaire. Votre bon esprit d’équipe associé à votre sens du service, vont, à coup sûr, matcher avec les équipes en place et le client. C’est avant tout grâce à nos expertises et à de la cohésion que nous faisons la différence pour maintenir dépanner, optimiser et anticiper les éventuels dysfonctionnements des installations.

Concrètement vous :

- Assurez la conduite, le dépannage et la maintenance des installations CVC, des équipements de production frigorifique (groupe d'eau glacée, rooftop, détente directe VRV et split) ,des équipements de production de chaleur (chaudières gaz, fioul) et des équipements de ventilation et traitement d'air (CTA, VMC)

- Suivez les résultats énergétiques de ces installations, posez vos diagnostics et effectuez des corrections en cas de dérive

- Etes garant du bon suivi de votre relation avec le client, rédigez vos comptes-rendus afin de garantir la traçabilité de vos interventions, et assurez un reporting régulier auprès de votre manager grâce à la GMAO.

- Respectez, évidemment, les engagements contractuels et réglementaires, et, surtout, vous respectez les règles de sécurité car on ne plaisante pas avec la sécurité chez ENGIE Solutions.

Votre profil :

Diplômé d'une formation en Maintenance énergétique / Génie Climatique / Electrotechnique ou d'un Titre Professionnel suite à une reconversion professionnelle vers nos métiers : au-delà du diplôme, ce sont vos compétences techniques, votre motivation et votre curiosité qui priment ! 

Vous avez acquis des compétences fortes en CVC.

Vous possédez idéalement les habilitations électriques (BR, B2V, BC) ainsi que votre habilitation fluide frigorigène et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de GMAO et les outils informatiques (tablettes).
