What You Can Expect

As the VP Marketing Supply B2B in Houston, and you will report directly to  CEO - Supply B2B U.S., you will lead the transformation and modernization of the marketing function, aligning it with ENGIE’s broader growth and decarbonization strategy.

 

While directly supporting revenue growth, customer expansion, and brand leadership across deregulated U.S. electricity markets, you will leverage your vision and experience to redefine our segmentation strategy. You will play a critical role in expanding beyond the current customer base and sales focus, with an emphasis on unlocking new commercial opportunities and shaping the long-term market view of the business. By partnering closely with Sales, you will elevate ENGIE Resources' commercial positioning in a highly competitive market.

  • Expected to build a high-impact, lean marketing organization aligned with growth priorities
  • Reposition ENGIE Resources in the market by delivering a modern, datadriven marketing strategy
  • Lead the redefinition of C&I customer segmentation, identifying new verticals, geographies, and buyer personas
  • Develop tailored value propositions aligned with ENGIE’s decarbonization solutions (RECs, green energy, demand flexibility, etc.)
  • Partner directly with Sales to expand the current commercial focus and grow the pipeline through under-addressed segments
  • Serve as a thought leader and voice of the company in external engagements and industry forums
  • Elevate ENGIE B2B US’ visibility and differentiation among enterprise energy buyers and influencers
  • Support you and the executive team by demonstrating the size and quality of the broader addressable market that ENGIE uniquely serves Strategic Imperatives & Rationale
  • Your role will be transformative, not a traditional marketing director role but a strategic executive partner to the CEO and Sales

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree  in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • A minimum 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 7 years in the C&I retail electricity, utility, or energy services sectors
  • Fresh, externally benchmarked segmentation and Go To Market (GTM) strategies, not be reliant on tools-driven marketing.  
  • Prior leadership roles at a U.S.-based retail energy company
  • Proven experience driving growth through market repositioning, commercial collaboration, and storytelling
  • Demonstrated success launching or expanding go-to-market strategies for decarbonization solutions, including RECs, carbon offsets, demand-side programs, and sustainability partnerships Competencies
  • Deep understanding of deregulated electricity markets, C&I buying behaviors, and contract structures (e.g., fixed, index, hybrid)
  • In-depth understanding of commercial & Industrial (C&I) retail electricity sector experience or a closely aligned energy services firm with deep experience in deregulated power markets (ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE).
  • Deep understanding of deregulated electricity markets, including C&I buying behaviors and contract structures (e.g., fixed, index, hybrid), along with in-depth experience in the commercial & industrial (C&I) retail electricity sector or a closely aligned energy services firm, particularly within deregulated power markets such as ERCOT, PJM, and ISO-NE.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, channel strategy, and value-based messaging
  • Executive-level communicator, with strong skills in market narrative, external communications, and cross-functional leadership

Compensation

Salary Range: $195,700 – $300,035 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

Jouw missie   

 

Als Project Engineer Soil Testing neem je de leiding over grootschalige en technisch uitdagende projecten binnen het domein van bodemonderzoek en bodemsanering. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van duurzame oplossingen voor industriële terreinen in binnen- en buitenland. Door jouw inzet lever je een tastbare bijdrage aan de herontwikkeling van verontreinigde sites en ondersteun je de energietransitie.
 
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden   
 

  • Voorbereiden van offertes en projectvoorstellen voor bodemonderzoek
  • Ondersteunen van veldwerk zoals boorcampagnes en staalnames op locatie
  • Interpreteren van laboratoriumanalyses en monitoringresultaten
  • Opstellen van technische rapporten (oriënterend, beschrijvend en saneringsprojecten)
  • Coördineren en toezien op de uitvoering van bodemsaneringswerken
  • Opstellen van technische specificaties en controle van bestekken
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, budget en planning van projecten
  • Aansturen van aannemers en onderaannemers op het terrein
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan collega-projectleiders
  • Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe saneringstechnieken en innovaties binnen het vakgebied
  • Deelnemen aan grootschalige (inter)nationale projecten in samenwerking met senior experts

Role Purpose 

As the Lead Storage Optimisation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our short-term energy storage automated trading operations. Your primary purpose will be to create, develop, improve and maintain automated trading strategies for our BESS and hydro portfolio. 

 

You will collaborate closely with traders, quants, developers and analysts to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions, thereby directly contributing to the success of our trading strategies. 

 

Last, but not least, you will own the vision of the optimiser. So you will be responsible for driving the optimiser product to the level expected by the traders, which means you will have to collaborate with IS teams (local and central) to implement the UK requirements. 

 

Main activities 

  • Work closely with traders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. In particular: 
  • Creating new optimisation strategies. 
  • Improve existing strategies. 
  • Analyse results of the strategies and to propose solutions to improve them 
  • Deploy the strategies in the cloud (AWS is a plus). 
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration. 
  • Coordinate with IS teams to: 
  • Explain the UK optimiser vision 
  • Prioritize the needs of the UK storage optimisation team 
  • Follow the progress of the developments

  • Proficiency in Python programming

  • Validar y participar en la definición de alcance y estructura de desglose de trabajo.

  • Conocimiento de geotecnia, gestión de calidad, estimación de tiempos, costos de obras, construcción y/o mantenimiento de vías. Capacidad de revisión de ingeniería a nivel conceptual, básica y de construcción.
  • Dominio de Primavera, Ms Project y Autocad a nivel básico. Dominio de S10 Presupuestos a nivel intermedio.
  • Licencias de conducir A-1

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Supervisar las actividades laborales del contratista y personal propio desde ámbito de SSO
  • Dictado de Inducciones SSO, despliegue de capacitaciones enbase al programa One Safety a contratistas y personal propio
  • Evalúa los riesgos identificados, así como las medidas de mitigación y control.
  • Realizar controles periódicos de SSO a través de inspecciones, auditorías, objetivos SSO.
  • Preparar los reporte SSO de su guardia.
  • Dar soporte a las labores de medio ambiente al coordinador/supervisorSOMA

As the Manager of Transaction and Contract Management, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of analysts. What You’ll Bring

What You Can Expect

As our Senior Business Development Manager for Indirect Sales, your primary objective will be to manage third-party sales (indirect partner relationships) for ENGIE North America Inc.'s retail products to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers. In this role, you will work with brokers and channel partners across multi-ISO markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing broker relationships with key partners to acquire, retain, and grow a book of business, meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will also develop Annual Sales Plans for assigned brokers with strategies to increase regional commodity sales along with renewable offerings. This hybrid role requires three days a week in the office, reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales, and is based in Houston, TX.

 

  • Present, negotiate, and structure complex commodity transactions, using knowledge of renewable commodity offerings to advance ENGIE’s zero-carbon targets through assigned brokers
  • Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators by leveraging knowledge of deregulated energy markets and competitor insights
  • Break down supply proposals for an "apples to apples" comparison by thoroughly understanding ISO deregulated markets, energy components, and product offerings
  • Coordinate and manage various internal processes and resources, including Legal, Credit, Supply, Business Controls, and Operations, to close transactions and deliver expected results
  • Collaborate with brokers and Key Account Team members to gain an in-depth understanding of product needs, escalate service issues, and provide competitive feedback to ensure best-in-class service and improved transaction success

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
