Intégré.e au sein de l’équipe Logistique Biomasse et rattaché.e à la Responsable Logistique,  votre mission principale consistera à faire respecter les programmes de livraisons de biomasse notamment granulés pour les chaufferies gérées par nos clients.

Vous contribuerez à garantir la qualité du combustible, les délais de livraison et la gestion de la facturation.

Principales fonctions :

L’approvisionnement :

• Assurer la prise des commandes de biomasse des exploitants et la planification des livraisons avec les fournisseurs/transporteurs
• Remonter les anomalies de qualité du combustible ou de délais de livraison des
• fournisseurs/transporteurs auprès du Responsable Logistique
• Le suivi des livraisons de biomasse via l’outil logistique interne
• Programmer les livraisons hebdo pour chaque installation gérée
• Organiser la répartition des commandes hebdo par fournisseur en coordination avec les chargés d’approvisionnement
• Traiter l’ensemble des problèmes opérationnelles de livraison pour assurer une continuité de fourniture avec l’appui de sa hiérarchie (annulation, ajouts, refus…)
• Assurer des missions transverses éventuelles et partager avec ses collègues (au niveau du territoire, de l’équipe et nationalement) 
• Contribuer à la bonne application des règles de sécurité sur les installations et auprès des partenaires (One Safety, PEPS)
• Réaliser les préfacturations chaque mois
• Traiter les litiges relevant de l’activité de l’équipe logistique avec les fournisseurs et la référente Biomasse à la DAF.

La facturation clients /fournisseurs :

• Contrôler et rapprocher des données de livraison et veiller au respect des délais de facturation

De formation Bac à Bac + 3 en logique/approvisionnement, vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience sur un poste en lien avec l’exploitation (assistanat d’exploitation, gestion de la facturation) ou en relation avec un service achat (approvisionnement).

Fortement orienté(e) client, vous avez le sens du service et êtes doté(e) d’un bon relationnel (échanges avec les exploitants pour la prise de commande). 

Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), vous  avez  la  capacité à gérer les imprévus et les priorités notamment en période de forte activité (saison de chauffe) et dans un contexte de croissance d’activité.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, le partage et les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs en interne et en externe.

La maîtrise d’Excel et une aisance avec l’utilisation des outils informatiques  est requise. La connaissance de Genesis et DDS Shipper sera un plus.

Votre package de rémunération :

• Un salaire annuel brut entre 33K et 37K qui sera négocié en fonction de votre expérience

We are currently looking for a person with solid technical background to join our SAP AND SALESFORCE TEAM, as SAP FI-AA FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT. In this role, you will design and build new functionalities and processes, improve day to day business experience, and optimize the existing processes.

What you will do:

• You will actively participate in the Capture and Clarify business requests activities, understanding the business E2E processes.
• You will design, implement the ERP specific requests using the ASAP technology, always recommending standard SAP solutions, automations, improvements, workflows.
• You will be responsible for understanding and documenting low-level implementations in SAP ERP modules.
• You will develop and maintain the centralized specific documentation repository.
• You will monitor and manage the implemented functionalities in SAP ERP modules in order to satisfy business requirements regarding optimal exploitation of the IS system.
• You will validate and monitor the specific SAP ERP solutions elaborated and/or implemented by external collaborators. In such cases, you will be responsible for hand over activities and will validate the final version of the deliverables.
• You will actively collaborate within transversal projects, communicating with other IT internal experts (SAP, GIS, WEB, SCADA, IVR, GMC Inspire, etc.), internal business clients, facilitates smooth communication between internal client and external collaborators.
• You will collaborate with team leaders and project managers to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of the IS solutions.
• You will respect the agreed SLA and deadlines, internal IT procedures and INCOME methodology. 
• You will proactively optimize the implementation of E2E business processes, respecting the company objectives and the financial efficiency.
• You will foresee the risks, report them immediately to the direct manager and act for diminishing by implementing preventive activities.
• You will develop and maintain the centralized specific SAP role & responsibility matrix.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience, education, or training.
• 3 years-applicable experience in SAP ERP modules.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP FI-AA module.
• Proven tech expertise in design and implementation of complex IT solutions.
• Communication Skills & Persuasion.
• Ability to actively-involve in analysis, design, development, test & deployment project phases.
• Advanced user of English language.

Vous rejoignez l'équipe de Jonathan, votre manager, et intervenez chez nos clients dans le domaine de l’enseignement, des bailleurs, EHPAD et des collectivités, au sein d'une équipe de 17 techniciens. Votre bon esprit d’équipe associé à votre sens du service, vont, à coup sûr, matcher avec les équipes en place et le client. C’est avant tout grâce à nos expertises et à de la cohésion que nous faisons la différence pour maintenir dépanner, optimiser et anticiper les éventuels dysfonctionnements des installations.

Concrètement vous :

• Assurez  le dépannage, l’entretien et la maintenance des équipements de production en chaud (chaudières à gaz, Bois..)
• Suivez les résultats énergétiques de ces installations, posez vos diagnostics et effectuez des corrections en cas de dérive
• Etes garant du bon suivi de votre relation avec le client, rédigez vos comptes-rendus afin de garantir la traçabilité de vos interventions, et assurez un reporting régulier auprès de votre manager grâce à la GMAO.
• Respectez, évidemment, les engagements contractuels et réglementaires, et, surtout, vous respectez les règles de sécurité car on ne plaisante pas avec la sécurité chez ENGIE Solutions.

Votre profil 

Diplômé d'une formation en Maintenance énergétique / Génie Climatique / Electrotechnique ou d'un Titre Professionnel suite à une reconversion professionnelle vers nos métiers : au-delà du diplôme, ce sont vos compétences techniques, votre motivation et votre curiosité qui priment ! 

Vous avez acquis des compétences en CVC et également dans la maintenance multi-technique.

Vous possédez idéalement les habilitations électriques (BR, B2V, BC) et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de GMAO et les outils informatiques (tablettes).

Enfin, une bonne autonomie et le respect des procédures sont non-négociables pour représenter ENGIE Solutions auprès de nos clients exigeants.
