As the Vice President of IT for ENGIE Energy Marketing North America (EEMNA), you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of the IT landscape that powers our trading and energy management operations. This executive role also functions as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for EEMNA, responsible for setting the vision and driving technology initiatives that enable business growth and operational excellence.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader with deep experience in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, who can bring both technical and commercial expertise to a dynamic energy trading environment. What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another STEM field
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of information technology, systems, or application development experience
• Experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems
• Proven success designing and implementing enterprise IT systems, ideally in a trading or energy management environment
• Experience managing IT budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale global IT teams
• Strong command of data analysis, business operations, and digital innovation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a global organization, preferably within the energy sector
• Experience in an IT leadership role, such as CIO, with demonstrated leadership in technology strategy and implementation

Additional Details

• This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

Compensation

Salary Range: $205,485 – $342,510 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Duties:   Support ENGIE Insight’s computer systems and ETL (“Extract, Transform, Load”) data integration processes.  Translate business requirements into data models that drive data warehouse or data mart design and configuration.  Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and approve business requirements for data analysis and reporting projects. Job Summary

The IT Global Competency Center (GCC) Consultant at ENGIE India will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the India Leadership team and the D&IT Leadership team to identify use cases for the India GCC Center and work on the feasibility and business case for the India GCC for D&IT. Reporting to the CIO for AMEA & India, this role will be based in Pune and will also work closely with D&IT Strategy & Planning, GBS IT, D&IT Procurement, and IT Strategic suppliers and partners for ENGIE.

Main Objectives

What you will do:

• You will be in charge with WAN connectivity, including dedicated equipment installed to facilitate redundant VPN connectivity between central and remote sites.
• You will manage LAN connectivity, including dedicated infrastructure and equipment, secure access (identity-based authentication, 802.1x mechanism, VLAN segmentation, portal for guest users, log recording).
