We are currently looking for a person with solid technical background to join our IT NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM, as NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR. In this role, you will design and build new functionalities and processes, improve day to day business experience, and optimize the existing processes.

What you will do:

• You will be in charge with WAN connectivity, including dedicated equipment installed to facilitate redundant VPN connectivity between central and remote sites.
• You will manage LAN connectivity, including dedicated infrastructure and equipment, secure access (identity-based authentication, 802.1x mechanism, VLAN segmentation, portal for guest users, log recording).
• You will manage the secure remote access, including virtual private network, Outlook Web Access, MFA type authentication - token, modems, etc.
• You will be responsible for the access to the Internet, including access with guaranteed bandwidth, the operational direction of the secure infrastructure on the hosting sites, the management of the Internet profile.
• You will monitor the network performance using the available applications (eg.: DNA Center, Cisco Network Assistant, etc.).
• You will ensure the troubleshooting of user connection problems with Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), WLC, DNA Center and other specific methods.
• You will ensure the configuration and installation of the equipment (switches, routers, etc.) in the network architecture, as well as the maintenance of the equipment configuration (change, update, cleaning) in accordance with the requests and internal work methods.
• You will ensure the functionality of the technical rooms and HVAC systems in the data centers.
• You will inventory and ensure the continuous updating of the state of the equipment in your area of activity.
• You will document and perform backup activities for configuring network equipment to ensure the necessary conditions for IT business continuity requirements.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Completed higher studies, preferably with a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience (education or training);
• Professional certifications in the field of network infrastructure (eg.: CCNA);
• Relevant experience of at least 2 years;
• Experience in managing network and telecommunications systems - routers, switches and firewalls;
• Good knowledge of network topologies and architectures;
• Advanced knowledge of English and Romanian languages - spoken and written.

Nous recherchons pour la Direction DSIN notre :  

Chargé d’Analyse Financière et de Projets (F/H) - Alternance – Lyon 

✅ Tes missions principales seront : 

• Revues d'avancement mensuelles : assister dans la collecte des données et l'élaboration de supports de présentation pour les revues avec les PMO de la direction, en mettant l'accent sur la performance opérationnelle et économique des projets, 

• Gestion de projet/portefeuille, Méthodologie : participer à la diffusion des pratiques de gestion de projet dans la direction, et à la gestion de la comitologie projet, en aidant à organiser les réunions, préparer les dossiers et suivre les plans d'actions, 

• Suivi budgétaire : participer à la maintenance des outils de suivi budgétaire, à la préparation des réunions de suivi avec les responsables de départements, à l’analyse des écarts et à la recherche d’optimisations, pour assurer une bonne gestion des budgets alloués, 

• Reporting et KPI : contribuer à la création et à la mise à jour des reportings de performance financière, en utilisant des outils comme Excel ou Power BI pour visualiser les informations clés et suivre les KPI. 

Tu seras rattaché.e au Responsable Pilotage et Portefeuille Projets dans une équipe de 8 personnes.

Tu prépares une formation BAC+5, avec une spécialisation en Management de Projets, et/ou Contrôle de Gestion.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN als  Assistant IT Workplace Officer

Het team waar u terecht komt beheert een 500 tal technische pc’s (TPC’s), verspreid over verschillende Europese landen. Deze dienen voor technische en industriële applicaties in onze productie installaties.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk van de dagelijks opvolgen van de management tools die zorgen voor het beheer van de TPC’S (antivirus, windows patching, backup, remote assistance), IP inventaris en monitoring, licencies.
• Je lijst de foutmeldingen en incidenten die voortkomen uit deze tools en je zoekt naar een oplossing, eventueel in samenwerking met het team.
• Je coördineert de interventies en uitvoeren op de TPC’s, bijvoorbeeld het installeren van de windows patching. De coördinatie dient te gebeuren met de lokale contactpersonen op elke site.
• Je helpt mee aan de eerstelijns- en tweedelijnsondersteuning, aanvragen aanmaken en opvolgen naar het netwerkteam voor de correcte functionering van deze tools mogelijk te maken.
• Je hebt een ondersteunende rol naar de technische IT-experts voor verschillende projecten, zoals installaties van pc’s, migraties, vernieuwing van computerapparatuur,…

We are currently looking for a person with solid technical background to join our SAP AND SALESFORCE TEAM, as SAP FI-AA FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT. In this role, you will design and build new functionalities and processes, improve day to day business experience, and optimize the existing processes.

What you will do:

• You will actively participate in the Capture and Clarify business requests activities, understanding the business E2E processes.
• You will design, implement the ERP specific requests using the ASAP technology, always recommending standard SAP solutions, automations, improvements, workflows.
• You will be responsible for understanding and documenting low-level implementations in SAP ERP modules.
• You will develop and maintain the centralized specific documentation repository.
• You will monitor and manage the implemented functionalities in SAP ERP modules in order to satisfy business requirements regarding optimal exploitation of the IS system.
• You will validate and monitor the specific SAP ERP solutions elaborated and/or implemented by external collaborators. In such cases, you will be responsible for hand over activities and will validate the final version of the deliverables.
• You will actively collaborate within transversal projects, communicating with other IT internal experts (SAP, GIS, WEB, SCADA, IVR, GMC Inspire, etc.), internal business clients, facilitates smooth communication between internal client and external collaborators.
• You will collaborate with team leaders and project managers to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of the IS solutions.
• You will respect the agreed SLA and deadlines, internal IT procedures and INCOME methodology. 
• You will proactively optimize the implementation of E2E business processes, respecting the company objectives and the financial efficiency.
• You will foresee the risks, report them immediately to the direct manager and act for diminishing by implementing preventive activities.
• You will develop and maintain the centralized specific SAP role & responsibility matrix.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience, education, or training.
• 3 years-applicable experience in SAP ERP modules.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP FI-AA module.
• Proven tech expertise in design and implementation of complex IT solutions.
• Communication Skills & Persuasion.
• Ability to actively-involve in analysis, design, development, test & deployment project phases.
• Advanced user of English language.

Tu intégreras l’équipe Etudes RH de l’Agence Expertises Transverse au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines et Transformation

Constituée de 4 personnes, elle a en charge la production des Bilans Légaux RH présentés aux CSE de GRDF ainsi que la production d’Études sur la thématique RH (effectifs, absentéisme, heures supplémentaires et dépassements horaires,…)

Tes missions

Un job où tu devras manipuler et faire parler les données RH

Tu utiliseras ton sens de l’organisation pour prendre en charge et créer des tableaux de bord et des études RH

Tu participeras aux campagnes réglementaires et à la production des bilans sociaux, des diagnostics égalité professionnelle, des bilans alternance et des bilans situation trimestrielle de l’emploi pour tout GRDF

Tu veilleras à accompagner nos collaborateurs RH lors de la livraison de nos productions

Cerise sur le gâteau : tu seras amené à participer la refonte de nos productions dans un contexte de changement de système informatique

Ton profil

Tu souhaites intégrer une formation de Bac +2/3 Data Rh, ce qui prouve ton engagement dans le domaine des RH et ta fascination pour les outils de BI

Tu aimes les Rh, Excell et manipuler les outils informatiques

Tu es à l’aise avec Power Query et tu oses te lancer dans power BI

Misión del puesto: Se centra en la ejecución experta del desarrollo de soluciones de digitalización que resuelvan problemas y que transformen las actividades del negocio en unas más eficientes, confiables y resilientes.

Tu impacto:

• Diseñar, desarrollar, probar e implementar soluciones de digitalización para toda la GBU de Renovables & Flex Power México, principalmente en base a MS Power Platform (low code) e implementando con código tradicional conforme las necesidades. Creando interfaces intuitivas y atractivas que aseguren que los usuarios tengan una experiencia fluida y eficiente.
• Implementar lógica de negocios personalizada y mejoras de Power Apps dentro de las aplicaciones y flujos de trabajo de Power Platform. Utilizando Power Automate y Power Fx para crear reglas y fórmulas complejas que mejoren las aplicaciones existentes, automaticen y optimicen los procesos del negocio.
• Extender el ecosistema de MS Power Platform e integrarlo con otros sistemas empresariales utilizando conectores, APIs y código. Siempre siguiendo las prácticas y estándares establecidos por la Gestión de Seguridad de la Información y Ciberseguridad.
• Probar y solucionar problemas de aplicación de los componentes de Power Platform utilizando técnicas de depuración y pruebas exhaustivas para identificar errores en el código, configuración o integraciones con otros sistemas. Realizar la documentación técnica necesaria para el mantenimiento y extensión de las soluciones desarrolladas.

Requisitos:

• Formación académica: Ciencias de la computación, Ingeniería en sistemas computaciones, Ingeniería en tecnologías de la información, Ingeniería de software, Tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) o carrera afín.
• Certificaciones Obligatorias: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Sólido conocimiento de los servicios de Power Platform, sus capacidades y limitaciones: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Conocimiento aplicado de las prácticas de autenticación, seguridad y administración del ciclo de vida de las aplicaciones (ALM).
• Conocimiento aplicado sobre las herramientas del flujo de trabajo para desarrolladores.
• Experiencia en desarrollo que incluya servicios de JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, API web RESTful, Visual StudioCode y Microsoft Azure.
• Conocimiento de al menos una herramienta de programación complementaria (Python, R) para el análisis de datos y automatización de flujos de trabajo
• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en una posición similar
