What You Can Expect
Collaborating with the Retail Operations Senior Analyst to utilize various tools and applications aimed at minimizing credit risk exposure and credit losses through the accurate and timely management of disconnect and reconnect processes. Specialize in the collection of debt owed

  • Generate weekly Accounts Receivable reports in ARC to create batches for overdue ERCOT and non-ERCOT accounts 
  • Ensure batches are generated and submitted to a third-party vendor for the distribution of customer dunning notices via email and mail 
  • Collaborate with relevant teams—including sales, legal, digital, cash application, billing, and others—to address and resolve customer issues 
  • Provide analytical support and conduct ad hoc analysis for the top 20 Resources and EP&G accounts 
  • Conduct research and generate reports for various dashboards and PowerPoint presentations 
  • Participate in key departmental projects and actively engage in cross-functional teams to support quality improvements, processes, and initiatives 
  • Create a cerebro ticket concerning failed jobs, inaccurate data, report enhancements, and system enhancements 
  • Collect and analyze data for UCB cleanup across Resources and EP&G

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A BS/BA from an accredited four-year college or university OR HS Diploma and 5+ years of work experience in an analyst role which includes financial reporting and analysis 
  • Experience with Power BI or other similar data visualization tools a plus 
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail energy industry experience Minimum 5 years business experience

The Grid-Scale Renewables GIS team is responsible for spatial data management, visualization, and analysis in support of ENGIE North America’s utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage platform.   • Research, download, and process parcel boundary and constraints data; format publicly available datasets for renewable energy development
  • Digitize existing and planned infrastructure from aerial imagery and public reports; create project-level maps and exhibits for legal agreements
  • Support the web mapping platform, including developing web applications, construction trackers, and interactive dashboards
  • Identify opportunities and recommend improvements to existing workflows and templates; assist in developing standard operating procedure (SOP) and workflow documentation

As the OT Cybersecurity Manager at ENGIE North America (ENA), based in Houston, Texas, you will lead a team of skilled OT cybersecurity professionals, driving efforts to ensure the cybersecurity resilience and regulatory compliance of ENGIE’s industrial operational sites—including power plants, solar farms, wind farms, and battery energy storage system (BESS) facilities.

 

You will lead a team dedicated to identifying vulnerabilities and assessing risks to uphold and continuously improve the security posture of industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments. The team’s efforts are guided by ENGIE Group’s OT Cybersecurity Framework, which is implemented across all ENA and Canadian sites. Through regular assessments and audits, the team ensures compliance and proactively identifies risks, leveraging industry best practices and standards such as NIST, NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and ISO 27002.

 

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of ENA, your duties will include:

  • Lead and manage OT cybersecurity projects, including the design, deployment, and maintenance of security systems, while ensuring compliance with regulations, internal ENGIE OT frameworks, and industry best practices
  • Oversee incident management processes—from detection and analysis to containment, eradication, and recovery—and develop incident response plans and playbooks for Global Business Units (GBUs)
  • Conduct risk assessments, deliver staff training on cybersecurity best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture and incident response capabilities
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including writing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with other ENA departments
  • Lead and manage a team of OT cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the cybersecurity resilience of OT environments across multiple industrial sites
  • Ensure all OT systems comply with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards
  • Deploy measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls in OT environments
  • Analyze OT environments, including SCADA and DCS systems, to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Evaluate the design and structure of OT systems to identify potential security weaknesses
  • Collaborate with OEMs and security vendors to integrate advanced cybersecurity technologies into OT environments

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field; candidates with an Associate degree and eight (8) years of relevant cybersecurity experience, or a minimum High School Diploma / GED equivalent and ten (10) years of relevant cybersecurity experience, will also be considered
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in OT cybersecurity, with a strong background in secure network architecture, penetration testing, and incident response
  • Must possess one of the following certifications—or be willing to obtain one within the first 12 months of employment: Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Equivalent or higher-level certifications related to these will also be considered

What You Can Expect

As the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for ENGIE North America’s tax strategy including tax compliance, tax provision and tax planning. You will need financial and business acumen, particularly in renewable energy. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

 

  • Ensure efficient, timely, and complete processing of internal and external tax reporting of the company and the partnerships it manages.
  • Provide active support to tax equity structures, advising leadership in strategic decision making with products and jurisdictions new entrants, mergers and acquisitions restructuring and providing tax guidance to ensure business budget and planning accounts for tax assumptions and considerations
  • Identify, assess, and manage tax risk.  Manage federal, state, and local tax audits and disputes, representing the company in interactions with tax authorities.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation, assess their impact on the company and work to implement tax policies that foster the energy transition.
  • Implement and execute tax policies for US and Canada direct and indirect taxes and set tax assumptions as required to be incorporated in project investment models.
  • Provide strategic and execution guidance on transfer pricing and its policies and related documents.
  • Lead legal entity rationalization, tax equity buy-out and application of consolidated return regulations
  • Work with internal cross functional teams especially Finance and Operations ensuring an environment in compliance and integrity
  • Lead automation and digital transformation for the Tax department
  • Communicate complex tax issues and provide business analysis and project management solutions.

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with various accounting methodologies including IFRS, US GAAP and HLBV for tax reporting, tax planning, research, for federal and state tax as well as direct and indirect compliance.
  • You are CPA certified or equivalent international certifications including Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
  • You have experience in domestic inbound Merger & Acquisition due diligence and integration, and structuring transactions
  • You have experience in Consolidated Corporate and Partnership tax rules and regulations.
  • You have experience in SAP, Fixed asset tax software, Tax research software and Corporate federal income tax compliance.

As our Senior Accountant – Trade Settlements, you will play a key role in managing and confirming settlement activity with trading counterparties.
