Avec l’appui de ton tuteur, tu occuperas un poste de juriste en alternance en droit des affaires et droit de l’énergie.

Ton environnement

Tu intégreras la Direction juridique – Direction Gouvernance, développement et prospectives.

Constituée de 7 personnes, elle conseille les directions du siège de GRDF dans des problématiques diverses en droit des affaires, droit de l’énergie et de la régulation, droit des contrats privés et en droit de la propriété intellectuelle.

Lieu de travail : Saint-Denis (93), tout proche du RER B

Tes missions

Tu auras la charge d’effectuer des recherches juridiques, de rédiger des analyses juridiques, de revoir des projets de contrat ou de textes, de participer à des réunions, d’élaborer des supports de formation, de rédiger des notes et de prodiguer des conseils aux interlocuteurs métiers de GRDF dans des domaines juridiques variés : principalement en droit des affaires (droit de la concurrence, droit de la consommation, protection des données personnelles), en droit de l’énergie (régulation, développement des énergies renouvelables) mais aussi, selon les besoins, dans tous les domaines du droit. 

Ton profil

Tu souhaites intégrer une formation de Master 2 Droit des affaires ou Droit de la concurrence (éventuellement Droit de l’énergie si ta formation est privatiste) et marquer ton intérêt pour les problématiques d’énergie et de préservation de l’environnement.

Als meet- en regeltechnieker speel je een belangrijke rol in de werking van onze thermische centrale. Je werkt actief mee aan diverse onderhoudsprojecten, revisies en interventies. Door deze wisselende activiteiten is geen enkele dag dezelfde.

• Zowel via onze operatoren en SAP worden storingen binnen het domein van instrumentatie en automatisatie aan jou gemeld.
• Je staat in voor de probleemanalyse en brengt samen met ons team het probleem in kaart.
  • Je stelt een diagnose op van de defecten.
  • Je staat zelf in voor de voorbereiding van de herstelling:
  • Je maakt de planning op.
  • Je creëert werkorders om vergunningen aan te vragen.
• Je voert vervolgens zelf de herstellingen uit “in the field”:
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen, afregelen, onderhouden en vernieuwen van diverse meet en regelinstrumentatie

• Je bent technisch geschoold (bachelor/graduaat elektromechanica, elektronica, elektrotechnieken, automatisatie) en hebt bij voorkeur reeds enkele jaren ervaring “in the field” binnen een industriële omgeving.
• Heb je kennis van procesautomatisatie (regelaars, metingen, …) of ben je PLC vaardig, dan heb je alvast een streepje voor!
• Hoe dan ook, doen de termen instrumentatie, energieprocessen en controlesturingen bij jou een belletje rinkelen en wil je je hier verder in verdiepen.
• Je spreekt goed Nederlands of bent bereid om dit binnen een termijn van 1 jaar te leren met ondersteuning van ENGIE.

About the team

What you’ll be doing

We offer 2 years rotation program, you will have the possibility of being active on operational and R&D projects as an Expert or a Project Manager within our Business Line Renewables & Urban.

Within the R&U business line, different types of projects are managed:

• desktop studies or pilot project realization to solution development and measurement campaigns in domains related to future home and collectivities, solar, wind, storage, green mobility, energy management and hybridisation of technologies (incl. digital and data management).
• development of power & energy management systems (EMS), optimizing the operation of the energy system.

These projects are typically performed in collaboration with research or industrial partners and operational entities of ENGIE and in combination with Laborelec’s expertises (energy storage, renewable energy technologies, electric mobility smart charging, power network studies & measurements, cyber security, IT solutions, …)

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

Le travail s’appuie très majoritairement sur une activité d’analyse de données et sa restitution via des produits clients élaborés. Ces analyses s’appuient sur une expertise terrain portée par nos ingénieurs efficacité énergétique, avec une approche projet en binôme expert data/expert énergéticien.

Les missions se déclinent par projet Client, chaque demande pouvant être différente, mais opérée dans un cadre de mise en œuvre unique pour adresser tous nos projets :

✔ Appui à la conception des solutions sur mesure, à forte composante data, statistiques et SI, pour accompagner les Clients haut de portefeuille (principalement grands multisites tertiaires, ou grande industrie) sur les 3 axes : maitrise budgétaire des offres indexées marché, objectifs de réduction de consommation et valorisation de leurs flexibilités.

✔ Développement des solutions selon la méthodologie projet Agile en place dans l’équipe, cette partie demande une bonne maitrise de Python.

✔ Rédaction des synthèses d’analyse suite à l’implémentation des modèles, et restituer au client une vue à double lecture : synthèse décisionnelle pédagogique, et détail analyse expert. Une attention à la qualité des supports de restitution est primordiale, et représente une composante forte du poste de manière à porter avec clarté des études de haut niveau technique. 

Des déplacements bi-mensuels sont à prévoir à Paris.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Provide technical support during the construction phase to enhance efficiency and reduce extra work and costs.
• Support operations and maintenance of large-scale renewable projects (wind turbines) to maximize power generation and asset availability, while optimizing O&M costs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers during the Final Engineering phase and Cluster Managers for O&M projects, offering electrical expertise.

About the team

The Renewables & Urban Business Line of Laborelec provides business-focused research and expertise services to energy operators worldwide in the fields of future home and collectivities, solar, wind, hybrid and flexible assets, e-Mobility, lighting and energy storage.  

What you’ll be doing

We offer 2 years rotation program, you will have the possibility of being active on operational and R&D projects as an Expert or a Project Manager within our Business Line Renewables & Urban.

Within the R&U business line, different types of projects are managed:

• desktop studies or pilot project realization to solution development and measurement campaigns in domains related to future home and collectivities, solar, wind, storage, green mobility, energy management and hybridisation of technologies (incl. digital and data management).
• development of power & energy management systems (EMS), optimizing the operation of the energy system.

These projects are typically performed in collaboration with research or industrial partners and operational entities of ENGIE and in combination with Laborelec’s expertises (energy storage, renewable energy technologies, electric mobility smart charging, power network studies & measurements, cyber security, IT solutions, …)

The exact program will be defined at the start of your activities depending on your affinities and needs. A personal development program and follow-up will also be in place to support and guide you during your learning process.

• Hold a Master Degree in Electromechanical or Electrical engineering, with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
• Have knowledge in digital and data treatment and analysis, with a good understanding of the physical sense of the analysed data. Experience with Python is an advantage.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Provide technical support during the construction phase to enhance efficiency and reduce extra work and costs.
• Support operations and maintenance of large-scale renewable projects (wind turbines) to maximize power generation and asset availability, while optimizing O&M costs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers during the Final Engineering phase and Cluster Managers for O&M projects, offering electrical expertise.
• Assist Grid Experts in elevating technical expertise on renewable projects.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical specifications for electrical works in RES projects.
• Challenge contractors technically during construction and perform regular site inspections with a punch list.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in electrical equipment and services.
• Share practical experience and insights with project developers and purchasers to avoid rework, reduce CAPEX, improve quality and safety, and implement best practices.
• Ensure personal and team safety, performing workplace inspections and providing feedback.
• Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master degree in Electricity, Electromechanics or Energy.

• Passionate about renewable energy and eager to learn.
• Affinity with the grid operators technical requirements and grid infrastructure.
• Strong technical background in electrical engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator and team player.

• The role requires great flexibility, including sometimes traveling for site visits when urgent project follow-up is needed.
• Combination of  technical skills and economic insight to understand cost reduction and process optimization.
• Languages: a working knowledge of NL/FR/ENG is required.

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

Sous la responsabilité de votre tutrice, chargée de missions Transformation ESG vous contribuerez à :

✔ Mettre en place des outils de gestion de projet tels que suivi d’actions, planning, analyse des risques, etc. ;

✔Produire des présentations Power-Point synthétiques et percutantes ;

✔Interagir avec l’équipe de la DESG ainsi qu’avec d’autres filières du Groupe telles que Finance, RH, Achat, Santé et Sécurité, Ethique ;

✔Collaborer avec les Commissaires aux comptes du groupe ENGIE ;
