What you will do:

• Implement ethical processes within the organization, monitor relevant legislation, and support the updating of local policies and procedures in ethics and compliance.
• Oversee the enforcement of ethics and compliance procedures (e.g. anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, etc.), providing guidance to key personnel to ensure all cases are managed according to ethical standards.

• Provide support to the Ethics Officer in audits focused on ethics and compliance. Manage corruption risk assessments and human rights violation reviews.
• Assist the Ethics Officer in managing ethical complaints and incidents by analyzing documents, gathering information, discussing with involved parties, and drafting ethical analysis reports. Ensure company policies align with legal requirements by monitoring relevant legislation.
• Support the organization in overseeing the ISO 37001 certification and recertification processes (preparing for the certification audit, managing follow-up and surveillance audits, and ensuring ongoing compliance with all relevant standards and requirements).
• Deliver presentations and training sessions on ethics and compliance, and develop customized materials for staff at different levels in accordance with the annual training plan. Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual ethics communication plan.
• Compile and draft reports on ethics activities, including annual reports, management reviews, and monitoring documents. Develop synthesis materials on ethics, such as decisions, regulations, and instructions, as requested by the Ethics Officer.
• Offer expert legal advice and opinions on ethics, compliance, fraud, corruption, embargoes, and international sanctions. Review and negotiate ethics and compliance clauses, ensuring the enforcement of ENGIE standards.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law/Economics;
• 5 years of experience in a similar position (ethics and compliance counsel) and/or auditor;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and English;
• Thorough understanding of ethics, compliance, anti-bribery and human rights legal framework;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize information;
• Proactive approach, initiative, and mediation skills.

Als Senior Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist Groen Gas bij ENGIE word jij verantwoordelijk voor het (strategisch) beleid op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu (HSE). En dit ontwikkel en realiseer je voor al onze Groen Gas locaties in Nederland. Jij wordt bovendien onze sparringpartner wat betreft HSE voor het Management Team (MT) van RGE in Nederland. Wat ga je doen als Senior HSE Specialist Groen Gas?

De energiemarkt is volop in beweging en ENGIE wil versneld overschakelen op duurzame energie. De ontwikkeling van Groen Gas is een belangrijke pijler hierin. In deze functie word jij de specialist binnen onze nieuwe business unit Renewable Gases Europe (RGE). Ook werk jij samen met onze productielocaties in o.a. Hardenberg, Alkmaar en Bree (BE). Daarnaast zijn we druk bezig om nog een aantal locaties te bouwen en/of over te nemen. Veel HSE-beleid voor de locaties moet nog ontwikkeld worden en daarvoor mag je samenwerken met onze collega’s. Hieronder zijn de belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van beleid en procedures op het gebied van HSE: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en implementeren van (groeps-)beleid en procedures met betrekking tot gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu. Dit omvat het vaststellen van richtlijnen en regels om risico’s te minimaliseren en veilige werkpraktijken te bevorderen.
• Verzorgen van opleidingen en informatiesessies voor medewerkers: Je organiseert trainingen en bewustmakingsprogramma’s om medewerkers op de hoogte te houden van veiligheidsprotocollen en -procedures. Ook zorg je ervoor dat iedereen op de hoogte is van de “Life Saving Rules” en dat aannemers zich aan het HSE-beleid houden.
• Interne en externe audits en interne inspecties: Je bent betrokken bij audits en inspecties om te controleren of HSE-plannen en -procedures correct worden geïmplementeerd. Je evalueert de naleving van veiligheidsnormen en identificeert verbeterpunten.
• Begeleiden van incidentenonderzoeken en rapportage: Je onderzoekt incidenten en ongevallen om de oorzaken te begrijpen en verbetermaatregelen te ontwikkelen. Je stelt rapporten op over de prestaties van het HSE-beleid.
• Rapporteren aan de directeur RGE en QHSE-manager van RGE in Europa: Je communiceert HSE-problemen aan het management en volgt acties op. Ook draag je bij aan het strategische beleid van de organisatie in Nederland.

Kortom, als Senior HSE Specialist Groen Gas draag je bij aan een veilige werkomgeving en werk je samen met collega’s om de strategie van het bedrijf te versterken. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je wordt geconfronteerd met diverse projecten en uitdagingen in heel Nederland voor ENGIE op het gebied van Groen Gas. Ook willen wij mogelijk een extra collega aannemen die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de praktische uitvoering van het HSE-beleid, en dit vooral voor en met onze productielocaties. Wie is ENGIE en waar kom je te werken?

Als Senior HSE Specialist Groen Gas is je standplaats Zwolle of Venray. Daarbij ben je regelmatig onderweg naar de verschillende project- en/of productielocaties. Je werkt samen met de manager assets, manager onderhoud en service en natuurlijk de plantmanagers, projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en andere specialisten. Dankzij het kleinschalige karakter van ENGIE in Nederland zijn de lijnen echter kort. Tegelijkertijd heb je wel de middelen van een grote internationale organisatie.

Groen gas is een belangrijke pijler in onze strategie. Dat is te zien op onze strategieplaat. ENGIE heeft in Nederland de doelstelling om groener te produceren en groener te leveren. In 2030 willen we 1,3 TWh aan groen gas produceren in Nederland. Met deze doelstelling loopt ENGIE bovendien voor op aankomende wet- en regelgeving. In 2026 wordt namelijk een bijmengverplichting van kracht, die ervoor moet zorgen dat in 2030 1,3 miljard m3 groen gas wordt bijgemengd in het Nederlandse aardgasnet om zo CO2 te reduceren.

Wat neem jij mee als Senior HSE Specialist Groen Gas?

Je bent een echte teamspeler die in staat is om samen met onze collega’s strategisch veiligheidsbeleid op te zetten binnen onze nieuwe businessunit RGE. Bovendien heb je een proactieve instelling om informatie op te zoeken en ben je bereid anderen daarbij in te schakelen. Je wilt je graag ontwikkelen tot specialist op het gebied van HSE en deelt graag je kennis. Je bent ook goed in het stellen van prioriteiten en hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden. Daarnaast:

• Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau en je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding richting Hogere Veiligheidskunde (HVK) of direct vergelijkbaar.
• Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een industriële omgeving en bent gespecialiseerd in veiligheid.
• Je beschikt over actuele kennis van de huidige en toekomstige Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van veiligheid en ISO 45001.
• Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Wat bieden wij jou als Senior HSE Specialist Groen Gas? Wij kunnen enkel bouwen aan CO2-neutrale oplossingen van morgen, door collega’s duurzaam aan ons te binden. Daarom besteden we dan ook veel aandacht aan de bedrijfscultuur en (doorgroei)mogelijkheden, o.a. door het aanbieden van ontwikkelmogelijkheden. • Een pensioenregeling bij het ABP waarvan wij 70% van de kosten op ons nemen;

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

• Gestion des demandes administratives selon les procédures en vigueur auprès des Gestionnaires de Réseaux de Distribution et de Transport (ENEDIS - RTE, Régies d’Electricités, …) et de Télécommunication depuis les phases avant-projet jusqu’à la mise en service et en exploitation des projets de production d’électricité dans le respect des coûts, du planning et des processus QHSE. 
• Réception et contrôle des situations et des factures en lien avec le raccordement aux réseaux électriques et télécom. 
• Etude, définition technique, pré-chiffrage des lots Raccordement et Télécom. 
• En lien avec les autres services de l’ingénierie et de la construction, suivi des travaux durant la phase Raccordement aux réseaux électriques et de télécommunications jusqu’à la mise sous tension et en service des installations de productions d’ENGIE Green (EG). 
• Gestion de toute tâche supplémentaire liée au raccordement aux réseaux électriques et de télécommunications, résultant de changements de réglementation ou d’organisation interne à ENGIE Green.

Riporterai al Proposal Development Manager e in collaborazione con le Direzioni di Area di BL e sotto la direzione del Direttore Proposal dovrai: 

• Supportarlo nell’esecuzione dei capitolati tecnici e delle relazioni tecniche e di calcolo utili alla definizione puntuale di ricavi e costi di ogni nuova iniziativa commerciale nell’ambito della Pubblica Amministrazione;

Nous recherchons pour la Direction de la Communication notre :

Chargé de Communication interne (F/H) – 2 ans en alternance – Lyon

✅ Tes missions principales seront :

• Rédiger des articles sur notre intranet à destination des salariés de CNR en ligne avec notre stratégie éditoriale et l’actualité,
• Suivre et étoffer le calendrier éditorial,
• Concevoir et diffuser notre newsletter interne,
• Venir en appui de l’animation du dispositif de communication interne et du réseau des correspondants de communication (gestion de l’intranet, animation d’un dispositif d’écrans d’informations digitaux, etc)
• Soutenir les directions dans l’animation de leur intranet : conception, rédaction de contenus, conseil aux directions,
• Créer des supports de communication (visuels, bannières, affiches),
• Aider et participer à la mise en œuvre des évènements internes CNR,
• Contribuer au rayonnement de la marque employeur de CNR,
• Travailler en relation étroite avec les pôles réseaux sociaux et médias de l’équipe pour garantir la cohérence de nos messages,
• Être force de proposition pour dynamiser et moderniser l’image de la Communication interne.

Avec comme objectifs de :

• Savoir s’adapter et écrire pour différents publics,
• Avoir une posture d'appui conseil pour les opérationnels métiers,
• Être en capacité de proposer une stratégie de communication à la suite d’objectifs donnés et sa déclinaison opérationnelle,
• Mesurer l’impact des campagnes de communication en suivant les KPI’s et en réalisant des bilans de performance et des enquêtes de satisfaction.

Pour relever les défis de demain et valoriser la communication de CNR en interne, tu intégreras une équipe de 19 personnes au sein de la Direction Affaires Publiques et Communication (DAPC), dont 7 à la Communication.

🥇 Ton profil :

Tu prépares une formation Bac +4/5 dans le domaine de la communication, du journalisme ou équivalent. Tu es d’un naturel curieux, organisé, créatif, sociable... Tu disposes de fortes capacités rédactionnelles, un sens du relationnel. Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et en autonomie. Tu n’hésites pas à proposer de nouvelles idées. Tu maîtrises le Pack Office (Powerpoint, word, Sharepoint), la suite Adobe est un plus. Tu maîtrises un outil de création d’e-mailing.

La rémunération sera comprise entre 70 et 100 % du SMIC en fonction de l’âge. En complément, tu auras aussi des titres restaurants, un 13e mois, des primes de participation et intéressement. What you will do:

• You will ensure the procurement process runs smoothly, from receiving the request, organizing the procedure, signing the contract, to monitoring its execution.
• You will conduct extensive and comprehensive market analyses, depending on the allocated procurement category, to find the best solutions for selecting suppliers.

• You will maintain the relationship with suppliers during the execution of procurement contracts and ensure the resolution of all non-conformities that arise in the execution of procurement contracts within your area of responsibility (new contracts or other allocated contracts).
• You will prepare various reports and analyses regarding the procurement files you manage (history, ongoing procurements, completed procurements).
• You will provide support to new and junior employees for carrying out activities.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain and/or supplier relationship management;
• Knowledge of legislation and procedures in public procurement;
• Advanced knowledge of working with SAP (MM module);
• Advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Office;

       Ce vei face:

       Vei:

• Analiza rezultatele din Procesul de Alocare și Facturare, în vederea obținerii de informații corecte și complete, necesare întocmirii balanței de gaze naturale a companiei;
• Contribui la implementarea sistemelor și proceselor eficiente care permit proiectarea unor soluții tehnice customizate;
• Desfășura diverse tipuri de analiză, precum: analize pe zone de putere calorifică superioară (PCS), regiuni, tipuri de clienți, zone de temperatură, etc. urmărind evoluția, impactul și prognoza;
• Urmări și verifica corectitudinea informațiilor rezultate în baza analizelor efectuate, identificând și raportând anomalii;
• Efectua analize privind elementele componente utilizate în procesul de alocare: coeficienți, clienți mari, profile clienți, etc. și vei propune soluții de îmbunătățire a procesului;
• Contribui la optimizarea proceselor de interacțiune a dispozitivelor SCADA, SMART, AMR cu sistemul SAP și vei implementa soluțiile noi de dezvoltare ale acestora;
• Fii responsabil de cunoașterea proceselor de alocare, facturare și metrologie, precum și a instrucțiunilor de lucru aferente;
• Semnaliza disfuncționalități, contribuind la îmbunătățirea și actualizarea acestora în scopul asigurării fluxului informațional și adaptării la contextul modificărilor legislative;
• Participa la dezvoltarea unor interfețe pentru raportările existente dar și ulterioare generate de modificările legislative;
• Contribui la implementarea de noi aplicații și metode în scopul optimizării programelor de estimare;
• Asigura funcționarea mecanismelor de transmitere a tuturor informațiilor care au impact asupra fluxurilor de date între Operatorii din piața gazelor naturale;
• Contribui la transferul automat de date între furnizori, prin transmiterea și preluarea de date SAP-SAP; asigurând implementarea transferului automat de date și cu alți furnizori identificați;
• Semnala problemele apărute în desfășurarea eficientă a activității și vei propune soluții/măsuri de îmbunătățire, asigurând și urmărind implementarea acestora.

       Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

• Studii superioare finalizate cu diplomă de licență;
• Bune competențe de comunicare verbală și scrisă;
• Atitudine proactivă în rezolvarea problemelor;
• Capacitate de lucru sub presiune;
• Bune abilități de analiză și atenție la detalii;
• Adaptabilitate la situații noi si termene scurte.

       Experiență profesională obligatorie:

• Experiență minim 4 ani într-un domeniu similar;
• Cunoașterea proceselor de analiză a bazelor de date;
