As our Sales Manager with ENGIE North America, your primary objective is to prospect and acquire new Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers for ENGIE retail business in the New York (NYISO) & New England (NEPOOL) ISO regions to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

This position will sit in the NYC Metro Area and will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales, ISO New England.

• Identify and Develop Sales Opportunities: You will self-originate leads by leveraging marketing campaigns, market knowledge, data analysis, cold calling, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline within the New York/New England C&I customer territory
• Qualify Customers and Assess Needs: You will evaluate creditworthiness using Credit Guidelines, gather consumption and account data, and assess customer needs through effective questioning and listening to deliver tailored price proposals informed by load patterns
• Present and Align Product Offerings: You will gain in-depth knowledge of ENGIE's products and articulate how proposed solutions meet or exceed customer requirements, ensuring offers are competitive and evaluated on a like-to-like basis
• Negotiate and Finalize Agreements: You will collaborate with brokers, customers, and legal teams to negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with margin guidance and securing agreements that maximize revenues and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related discipline; In lieu of the educational requirement, we will accept a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant industry  experience in retail energy sales
• You are persuasive at communication, effective negotiation skills, and interaction with executive-level decision-makers
• You are a self-driven individual capable of quickly learning new products, processes, and systems
• You have the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
• You have the ability to work closely with Key Account Teams and functional support groups to close transactions with key customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and the realization of expected revenues and margins

Additional Details

• This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, consisting of three (3) days in office and two (2) days working remotely

Compensation

Salary Range: $99,000 – $151,800 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Senior Data Integration Engineer in Spokane, Washington

Duties:   Support ENGIE Insight’s computer systems and ETL (“Extract, Transform, Load”) data integration processes.  Translate business requirements into data models that drive data warehouse or data mart design and configuration.  Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and approve business requirements for data analysis and reporting projects. Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s experience as a Data Engineer, Senior Data Integration Engineer, Senior Technical Specialist, Lead Engineer, Technical Lead, Project Engineer, Programmer Analyst or a closely related information technology position.  Experience to include:

• 5 years developing/building data pipelines using an ETL technology.
• 5 years developing databases in SQL or in a comparable environment.

Power Congestion Analytics and System Planning Manager 

As the Power Congestion Analytics and System Planning Manager, you will focus on identifying system obstructions and implementing proactive solutions to enhance asset performance. You will leverage your knowledge of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) role in transmission planning and development, as well as your expertise in electric utilities, independent system operators (ISO), and regional transmission organizations (RTO). Jouw missie   

Als Project Engineer Soil Testing neem je de leiding over grootschalige en technisch uitdagende projecten binnen het domein van bodemonderzoek en bodemsanering. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van duurzame oplossingen voor industriële terreinen in binnen- en buitenland. Door jouw inzet lever je een tastbare bijdrage aan de herontwikkeling van verontreinigde sites en ondersteun je de energietransitie.
 
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden   
 

• Voorbereiden van offertes en projectvoorstellen voor bodemonderzoek
• Ondersteunen van veldwerk zoals boorcampagnes en staalnames op locatie
• Interpreteren van laboratoriumanalyses en monitoringresultaten
• Opstellen van technische rapporten (oriënterend, beschrijvend en saneringsprojecten)
• Coördineren en toezien op de uitvoering van bodemsaneringswerken
• Opstellen van technische specificaties en controle van bestekken
• Bewaken van kwaliteit, budget en planning van projecten
• Aansturen van aannemers en onderaannemers op het terrein
• Technische ondersteuning bieden aan collega-projectleiders
• Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe saneringstechnieken en innovaties binnen het vakgebied
• Deelnemen aan grootschalige (inter)nationale projecten in samenwerking met senior experts

Jouw kwalificaties  

• Masterdiploma in een relevante richting: geologie, bio-ingenieur, biologie, milieutechniek, scheikunde…
• Relevante ervaring met bodemonderzoek en/of bodemsanering is vereist
• Goede kennis van het Nederlands en vlot in het Engels
• In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
• Bereidheid om regelmatig op terrein te werken

Role Purpose 

As the Lead -  Storage Optimisation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our short-term energy storage automated trading operations. Your primary purpose will be to create, develop, improve and maintain automated trading strategies for our BESS and hydro portfolio. 

You will collaborate closely with traders, quants, developers and analysts to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions, thereby directly contributing to the success of our trading strategies. 

Last, but not least, you will own the vision of the optimiser. So you will be responsible for driving the optimiser product to the level expected by the traders, which means you will have to collaborate with IS teams (local and central) to implement the UK requirements. 

Main activities 

• Work closely with traders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. In particular: 

• Creating new optimisation strategies. 

• Improve existing strategies. 

• Analyse results of the strategies and to propose solutions to improve them 

• Deploy the strategies in the cloud (AWS is a plus). 

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration. 

• Coordinate with IS teams to: 

• Explain the UK optimiser vision 

• Prioritize the needs of the UK storage optimisation team 

• Follow the progress of the developments 

Challenges:

• Client centricity: communicate with traders, analysts and quants, understand their needs, share strategy and results, challenge their needs, and coordinate with other IS teams in Energy Management UK

Experience: 

Essential: 

• Proficiency in Python programming  

• Excellent written and spoken English 

• Having optimised BESS assets in the UK is a plus. 

• Strong experience in machine learning, and cloud services (AWS is a plus). 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools is a plus. 

• Strong communicator, with an ability to engage colleagues effectively and to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

• Validar y participar en la definición de alcance y estructura de desglose de trabajo.
• Revisar las solicitudes de cambio de alcance al proyecto que pudieran generar los interesados y coordinar su aprobación con el personal líder del Proyecto.
• Validar la calidad de los entregables emitidos por los consultores de ingeniería.
• Verificar que las solicitudes de información (RFI) sean respondidas oportunamente.
• Entregar la información solicitada por el personal consultor de ingeniería.
• Elaboración de cronogramas, estimaciones de costos, Identificación y estimación de riesgos.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

• Profesional titulado y colegiado en Ingeniería Civil.
• Estudios en Gestión de Proyectos, Geotecnia (Estabilidad de Taludes) e Infraestructura Vial.
• Experiencia en obras viales, hidráulicas, de movimiento de tierras, concretos, geosintéticos (deseable en sector energía, minería, petróleo, gas o afines).
• Conocimiento de geotecnia, gestión de calidad, estimación de tiempos, costos de obras, construcción y/o mantenimiento de vías. Capacidad de revisión de ingeniería a nivel conceptual, básica y de construcción.
• Dominio de Primavera, Ms Project y Autocad a nivel básico. Dominio de S10 Presupuestos a nivel intermedio.
• Licencias de conducir A-1

·         Deseables: 

• Inglés Intermedio
• Certificación PMP
• Experiencia de 8 años en supervisión de ingeniería, proyectos, construcción, geotecnia y/o gestión de calidad QC-QA.
