We are currently looking for a person with advanced knowledge of public procurement legislation to join our IT PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT, as PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST. In this role, you will design and build new functionalities and processes, improve day to day business experience, and optimize the existing processes.

What you will do:

  • You will ensure the procurement process runs smoothly, from receiving the request, organizing the procedure, signing the contract, to monitoring its execution.
  • You will conduct extensive and comprehensive market analyses, depending on the allocated procurement category, to find the best solutions for selecting suppliers.
  • You will propose the procurement strategy/offers/orders/contracts to the direct hierarchical manager for approval, aiming to achieve operational efficiency.
  • You will analyze the specifications, discuss them with the beneficiary/internal client, and ensure all procurement documents comply with the requirements.
  • You will organize and conduct the procurement procedure in accordance with legislation and internal procedures, ensuring proper archiving of documents as per legal provisions.
  • You will ensure the study of offers from both technical and commercial perspectives.
  • You will analyze the eligibility of bidders and the financial offers submitted by potential suppliers, organize negotiation meetings, and participate according to the mandate received from the hierarchical manager.
  • You will justify the choice of procurement method following the conducted analysis.
  • During the procurement process, you will draft and send clarifications or modifications within the legal deadlines or as provided by current procedures.
  • You will efficiently and professionally represent the company in relations with potential suppliers in your area of activity, respecting the company's current procedures and practices.
  • You will ensure compliance with current legislation and the implementation of work procedures specific to the field of activity and the internal clients' work policies.
  • You will ensure deadlines for managed procurements are met, signaling any delays if necessary.
  • You will provide consultancy to internal clients regarding the drafting of requirements in the specifications for initiating the procurement procedure.
  • You will ensure the annual supplier evaluation process runs smoothly by initiating the evaluation in the dedicated application, completing questionnaires, and corroborating information received from the internal client. For public procurement contracts, you will prepare the certificates.
  • You will maintain the relationship with suppliers during the execution of procurement contracts and ensure the resolution of all non-conformities that arise in the execution of procurement contracts within your area of responsibility (new contracts or other allocated contracts).
  • You will prepare various reports and analyses regarding the procurement files you manage (history, ongoing procurements, completed procurements).
  • You will provide support to new and junior employees for carrying out activities.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain and/or supplier relationship management;
  • Knowledge of legislation and procedures in public procurement;
  • Advanced knowledge of working with SAP (MM module);
  • Advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Office;
  • English language skills – at least intermediate level;
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge: technical, economic, legal;
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Good organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

🔧 Zakres obowiązków:

  • Monitorowanie pracy farm PV i wiatrowych za pomocą systemów SCADA.
  • Wdrażanie systemów SCADA
  • Wdrażanie usług systemowych
  • Koordynowanie działań konserwacyjnych, serwisowych i naprawczych.
  • Analiza danych operacyjnych i przygotowywanie raportów.
  • Współpraca z operatorami systemów energetycznych (OSP/OSD) oraz zespołami technicznymi.
  • Reagowanie na incydenty i awarie – podejmowanie działań naprawczych.
  • Optymalizacja pracy farm oraz wsparcie w realizacji poleceń dyspozytorskich.
  • Zapewnienie ciągłej i stabilnej pracy farm PV i wiatrowych.

 

 

 

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane: elektrotechnika, energetyka).
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu eksploatacją farm wiatrowych.
  • Uprawnienia energetyczne - SEP G1 E i D
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
  • Znajomość systemów: Syndis Mikronika, Elkomtech – WindEX, SCADA International – mile widziane
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2.

This team includes market analysts, meteorologists, data scientists, regulation & market design advisors providing comprehensive support to ENGIE entities.

You and your team will develop consistent market views to explain market moves and forecast future evolution; build and run forecasting & simulation models; propose, enhance and follow trading strategies; pro-actively seek innovative solutions to improve sales, traders and business developers performance as well as to support senior managers in their decision making process; provide market analysis reports and services to a defined set of internal clients; provide strategic insights on new businesses linked to energy transition; represent S&EM in external forum or conferences in relation with energy market knowledge; producing economic and financial analysis for origination, negotiation, valuation and management of assets.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree  in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • A minimum 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 7 years in the C&I retail electricity, utility, or energy services sectors
  • Fresh, externally benchmarked segmentation and Go To Market (GTM) strategies, not be reliant on tools-driven marketing.  
  • Prior leadership roles at a U.S.-based retail energy company
  • Proven experience driving growth through market repositioning, commercial collaboration, and storytelling
  • Demonstrated success launching or expanding go-to-market strategies for decarbonization solutions, including RECs, carbon offsets, demand-side programs, and sustainability partnerships Competencies
  • Deep understanding of deregulated electricity markets, C&I buying behaviors, and contract structures (e.g., fixed, index, hybrid)
  • In-depth understanding of commercial & Industrial (C&I) retail electricity sector experience or a closely aligned energy services firm with deep experience in deregulated power markets (ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE).
  • Deep understanding of deregulated electricity markets, including C&I buying behaviors and contract structures (e.g., fixed, index, hybrid), along with in-depth experience in the commercial & industrial (C&I) retail electricity sector or a closely aligned energy services firm, particularly within deregulated power markets such as ERCOT, PJM, and ISO-NE.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, channel strategy, and value-based messaging
  • Executive-level communicator, with strong skills in market narrative, external communications, and cross-functional leadership

Compensation

Salary Range: $195,700 – $300,035 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

Supervisor de Medio Ambiente – Ancash

(Contrato temporal)

 

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Dar soporte en los procedimientos y gestiones para la obtención de permisos ambientales.
  • Elaborar los términos de referencia necesarios para desarrollar las actividades de consultoría/supervision ambiental que se requieran.
  • Coordinar con los proveedores de servicios ambientales el desarrollo de sus actividades y requerimientos.
  • Coordina la gestión de SOLPED, HES, elaboración de cartas, control de redacción, seguimiento a proveedores y labores administrativas varias, en relación a aspectos ambientales.
  • Apoyo, seguimiento y control a procesos sancionadores OEFA y atención a los requerimientos. Seguimiento de las normas ambientales. Identificar las acciones de las nuevas normas.
  • Visitas, inspecciones, auditorías y coordinaciones de soporte a las actividades referidas a la recuperación de la operación con Shapiringo.

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería ambiental, biología o afines.
  • Conocimiento en Permisología ambiental, TUPA’s y procedimientos administrativos para IGA’s, autorizaciones y licencias.
  • Conocimiento en Normatividad en gestión de residuos, manejo de calidad de aire emisiones y efluentes.
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en posiciones similares iguales a la posición

 

·         Deseables: 

  • Especialización ambiental para los casos que no se cuente con formación en Ingeniería Ambiental.
  • Elaboración y/o evaluación de instrumentos de gestión ambiental.
  • SAP – Módulos MM y PM.
  • Inglés intermedio

Role Purpose 

As the Lead Storage Optimisation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our short-term energy storage automated trading operations. Your primary purpose will be to create, develop, improve and maintain automated trading strategies for our BESS and hydro portfolio. 

 

You will collaborate closely with traders, quants, developers and analysts to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions, thereby directly contributing to the success of our trading strategies. 

 

Last, but not least, you will own the vision of the optimiser. So you will be responsible for driving the optimiser product to the level expected by the traders, which means you will have to collaborate with IS teams (local and central) to implement the UK requirements. 

 

Main activities 

  • Work closely with traders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. In particular: 
  • Creating new optimisation strategies. 
  • Improve existing strategies. 
  • Analyse results of the strategies and to propose solutions to improve them 
  • Deploy the strategies in the cloud (AWS is a plus). 
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration. 
  • Coordinate with IS teams to: 
  • Explain the UK optimiser vision 
  • Prioritize the needs of the UK storage optimisation team 
  • Follow the progress of the developments 

 

Challenges:

  • Client centricity: communicate with traders, analysts and quants, understand their needs, share strategy and results, challenge their needs, and coordinate with other IS teams in Energy Management UK 
  • Team player: foster good collaboration and communication within the team and internally  
  • Adaptable: be able to react to an ever-evolving world, like energy trading, and propose reliable solutions to the changes 

 

Experience: 

Essential: 

  • Proficiency in Python programming  
  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • Having optimised BESS assets in the UK is a plus. 
  • Strong experience in machine learning, and cloud services (AWS is a plus). 
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools is a plus. 
  • Strong communicator, with an ability to engage colleagues effectively and to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving 
  • Confident decision maker, aware of the value at stake 
  • Higher education, or appropriate experience. 
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving business environment. 
  • Curious and proactive in exploring new technologies and solutions. 

 

Desirable 

  • Experience working in trading environment close to traders 
  • Energy trading knowledge. 
  • Data science and optimisation skills 
  • University degree in a quantitative area (eg IT, engineering, mathematics, economics)

  • Team based in London, Liverpool Street area. Flexible/hybrid working is available (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Validar y participar en la definición de alcance y estructura de desglose de trabajo.
  • Revisar las solicitudes de cambio de alcance al proyecto que pudieran generar los interesados y coordinar su aprobación con el personal líder del Proyecto.
  • Validar la calidad de los entregables emitidos por los consultores de ingeniería.
  • Verificar que las solicitudes de información (RFI) sean respondidas oportunamente.
  • Entregar la información solicitada por el personal consultor de ingeniería.
  • Elaboración de cronogramas, estimaciones de costos, Identificación y estimación de riesgos.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

  • Profesional titulado y colegiado en Ingeniería Civil.
  • Estudios en Gestión de Proyectos, Geotecnia (Estabilidad de Taludes) e Infraestructura Vial.
  • Experiencia en obras viales, hidráulicas, de movimiento de tierras, concretos, geosintéticos (deseable en sector energía, minería, petróleo, gas o afines).
  • Conocimiento de geotecnia, gestión de calidad, estimación de tiempos, costos de obras, construcción y/o mantenimiento de vías. Capacidad de revisión de ingeniería a nivel conceptual, básica y de construcción.
  • Dominio de Primavera, Ms Project y Autocad a nivel básico. Dominio de S10 Presupuestos a nivel intermedio.
  • Licencias de conducir A-1

 

·         Deseables: 

  • Inglés Intermedio
  • Certificación PMP
  • Experiencia de 8 años en supervisión de ingeniería, proyectos, construcción, geotecnia y/o gestión de calidad QC-QA.
