Vos défis en tant que Field Technician Electrical Protections

• Vous êtes responsable des tests et de la maintenance des systèmes de protection électrique dans le parc de production classique et nucléaire d'Engie (centrales, parcs éoliens onshore et offshore) et chez ses clients industriels.
• Vous préparez les activités de maintenance des systèmes d'excitation et de démarrage des générateurs de notre flotte et suivez leur exécution sur place.
• Vous préparez l'intervention avec votre équipe, contactez les sous-traitants/fournisseurs si nécessaire, effectuez la maintenance et rédigez un rapport à ce sujet.
• Vous faites partie d'une équipe dynamique qui contribue à la transition énergétique. Vous apportez votre contribution à la transition énergétique en aidant à préparer, réaliser et mettre en service des projets de rénovation ou de construction neuve. Pour mener à bien cette mission, vous pouvez compter sur le soutien de collègues directs au sein de votre équipe et sur un département d'experts en électricité au sein d'Engie EMS ELEC.
• Vous participez à diverses tâches de maintenance dans le cadre d'un projet relevant de votre spécialité, en tenant compte de la sécurité, de la qualité et de l'environnement.
• Vous contribuez à l'expansion des compétences d’EMS.

Votre profil en tant que Field Technician Electrical Protections

• Vous êtes diplômé en électricité ou électromécanique (ou équivalent par expérience)
• Vous avez une première expérience de travail dans les installations de protection électrique
• Vous êtes teamplayer et orienté client
• Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office. La connaissance de SAP est un plus
• Vous avez comme langue maternelle le néerlandais ou le français, de préférence avec une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
• Vous êtes mobile et flexible :
  • Vous êtes prêt à fournir une assistance en cas de circonstances imprévues.
  • Vous pouvez passer environ 10 à 25 % de votre temps à l'étranger (principalement en Europe).
• La possession des certificats suivants est un atout : VOL-VCA, formation BA4-5, formation ATEX, accès nucléaire de l'AFCN.

What You Can Expect

As the Distribution Intern, you will support the operations team that provides distribution of chilled water, electricity, steam and water to The University of Iowa. This group maintains the cabling, controls network, metering, piping, pumping, substation, tunnel and vault systems that comprise the distribution systems.  You will also focus on inventory tracking and procurement, and management of various assets and processes supporting operations, using a variety of computer programs.

As the Health and Safety Intern, you will provide support to the Site Safety Specialist on the campus of University of Iowa. The company is responsible for the infrastructure that supplies the university and hospital with steam, power, water and chilled water. What You Can Expect

As the Civil Engineering intern, you will support the team in preparing, designing, and finalizing design layouts and production modeling of ground mount solar (PV) and storage installations. Additionally, you will maintain drafting processes and support continuous improvement of drawing standards across the Engineering team. • A proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

• Experience within Civil Engineering through real world experiences and/or school projects

Compensation

Hourly Range: $21.00 – $25.00 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

We zijn op zoek naar meerdere trainees voor verschillende business units in Nederland, denk hierbij aan profielen met een analytische, business development en/of commerciële invalshoek. Heb jij een technisch profiel? Solliciteer dan op ons technisch traineeship.

Hoe ziet je traineeship eruit?

Een 2-jarig traineeship waarin jouw groei en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Onder goede begeleiding doe je ervaring op in verschillende rollen en binnen verschillende afdelingen van ENGIE. Gedurende deze 2 jaar werk jij aan 3 á 4 verschillende opdrachten. Naast het werken aan verschillende opdrachten bestaat het traineeship uit een ontwikkelprogramma. Dit ontwikkelprogramma bestaat uit individuele coaching en gezamenlijke intervisie met jouw traineegroep. Je krijgt inzicht in jouw talenten, waarden, drijfveren, ambities en kernkwaliteiten.

Eén ding is zeker, je leert ENGIE goed kennen en je leert jezelf goed kennen zodat je na het traineeship de kennis en ervaring die je hebt opgedaan direct kunt toepassen in een vaste functie.

Wat ga je doen als trainee bij ENGIE?

Als energieleverancier werkt ENGIE hard aan de overgang naar een CO2-neutrale economie. Wij verduurzamen onze klantportefeuilles en flexibele energiecentrales, en werken aan grootschalige groene waterstof, zon- en windenergie, biogas en energieopslag. En wij helpen onze zakelijke en particuliere klanten aan het best passende energiecontract en het managen van de energiekosten met energie- en duurzaamheidsoplossingen. Dit doen wij voor de huidige en nieuwe generaties. Alles wat wij doen heeft impact op de toekomst.

Binnen het traineeship word je aangenomen voor een specifieke business unit, bijvoorbeeld B2C of B2B. Binnen deze business unit ga je opdrachten uitvoeren bij verschillende afdelingen. Daarnaast werk je aan minimaal 1 opdracht buiten de business unit zodat je ook ENGIE in de breedte leert kennen. Als trainee ga je bijvoorbeeld werken binnen de volgende expertises:

• Marketing en Sales
• Business Development
• Energie Management
• IT& Digital
• Customer Service

De inhoud van de opdrachten kan verschillen, denk hierbij aan procesoptimalisatie, data-analyse, productontwikkeling, projectmanagement, commercie, etc.

Wat neem jij mee?

Een gezonde dosis energie en ambitie! Je zoekt een plek waar je het verschil kan maken en kunt

(door-)groeien. Je bent zelfstandig en ondernemend ingesteld. Is de juiste informatie niet voorhanden? Geen probleem! Jij zoekt en stopt niet voordat je het antwoord gevonden hebt. Daarnaast heb je:

• Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een analytische, commerciële of bedrijfskundige richting
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (of de motivatie om dit zo snel mogelijk te leren)
• Naast ons hoofdkantoor in Zwolle zijn we ook gevestigd op andere plekken (zoals Lelystad/Eemshaven/Venray). Een rijbewijs is daarom een pré.

Wat bieden wij jou als trainee?

• Start in september 2025 (andere startdatum in overleg)
• Een aantrekkelijk startsalaris tussen de € 3300,- en € 3600,- euro bij een fulltime dienstverband
• Een contract voor 2 jaar voor 32-40 uur per week
• Gezamenlijk streven om je na 2 jaar op een mooie vaste positie te plaatsen
• Eindejaarsuitkering van 4,5%
• 25 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV dagen, 3,5 Vitaliteitsdagen en 8% vakantietoeslag
• Een pensioenregeling bij het ABP waarvan wij 70% van de kosten op ons nemen
• Korting op je energiecontract met 100% groene stroom van ENGIE
• Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van € 500,- per jaar om zelf in te zetten
• Goede reiskostenvergoeding en reizen met het OV wordt zelfs volledig vergoed
• Goede werk/privé balans met de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken. Daar hoort natuurlijk een laptop, telefoon en uitrusting voor een ergonomische ingerichte thuiswerkplek bij.
• Ons ENGIE Young Professional Network is heel actief met het organiseren van sociale en inhoudelijke activiteiten om andere collega’s te leren kennen.
